Golden Oaks Village Residences

The Village has 34 apartments to choose from for residents 60 years of age and older. They range in size from 525 to 1225 square feet in both one and two bedrooms units. In order to meet your needs Golden Oaks offers a variety of payment options: rental, locked-in rentals or prepaid agreements. One of which may be right for you. (speak with our manager for more details) Covered car ports can be rented when available near your unit. All units have central heat and air. Floors offer carpet and/or hardwood vinyl flooring and hand rails in showers.
